By using the Nation MC store and server, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Nation MC store ("Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Store or purchase any products.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must have the consent of a parent or guardian if you are under 18 years of age. By making a purchase, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

All items sold on this Store are virtual goods for use within the Nation MC Minecraft server.
Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Ranks are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
Coins are credited to your in-game account and are non-transferable.

4. PAYMENT

All payments are processed via UPI (Unified Payments Interface).
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).
You must provide a valid Minecraft username and UPI transaction ID at checkout.
Orders are verified manually. Delivery takes 1-20 minutes after payment confirmation.

5. DELIVERY

Purchased items are delivered to your in-game account within 1-20 minutes after payment verification. If you do not receive your items within 30 minutes, contact support on our Discord server.

6. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for providing the correct Minecraft username. Nation MC is not liable for items delivered to an incorrect account due to user error.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Attempting to exploit, duplicate, or abuse purchased items.
Sharing or reselling purchased ranks/coins to other players.
Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks.
Using any purchased items to violate server rules.

8. MODIFICATIONS

Nation MC reserves the right to modify ranks, perks, coin values, pricing, and these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Store constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to ban, suspend, or restrict any player's access to the server and Store for violations of these terms, server rules, or fraudulent activity.

Nation MC is not affiliated with Mojang AB, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. All virtual items are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
