REFUND POLICY

⚠️ ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. NO REFUNDS

All purchases made through the Nation MC Store are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been made and an order submitted, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances.

2. DELIVERY ISSUES

If you have not received your purchased item within 30 minutes of payment confirmation:

Check that you provided the correct Minecraft username.
Ensure you are logged into the correct server.
Contact our support team on Discord with your transaction ID.

We will investigate and resolve delivery issues promptly. This does not constitute grounds for a refund if the item is successfully delivered.

3. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent claim will result in:

Permanent ban from all Nation MC servers and services.
Blacklisting of your Minecraft account, IP address, and payment method.
Potential legal action to recover losses.

If you have an issue with your purchase, always contact support on Discord first before taking any other action.

4. SERVER RESETS & UPDATES

In the event of a server reset, season change, or major update:

Ranks may or may not carry over depending on the rank validity period.
Coins are tied to the current season and may be reset.
These events do not qualify for refunds.

5. INCORRECT PURCHASES

If you purchased the wrong item (e.g., wrong rank tier), contact support on Discord within 24 hours. We may, at our sole discretion, offer an exchange or credit — but this is not guaranteed.

6. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may only be issued in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the Nation MC administration. These cases are extremely rare and handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. CONTACT

For any payment or delivery issues, contact us immediately on our official Discord server. Do not initiate a dispute with your payment provider before contacting us.
